Caton Brisbin is a dedicated real estate professional serving the highly desirable Grand Strand region of South Carolina. Originally from Northern Virginia and the oldest of five siblings, she learned early on the values of responsibility, communication, and supporting others.

Caton graduated from Iona University in New York with a degree in Public Relations while also competing as a Division I lacrosse player. Balancing rigorous academics with high-level athletics sharpened her discipline, teamwork, and ability to thrive under pressure. She now brings that same drive and commitment to guiding her clients through the home buying and selling process with clarity and confidence.

Outside of real estate, Caton loves making the most of the coastal lifestyle. You’ll often find her surfing, searching for shark teeth, exploring the outdoors, or trying out the many amazing restaurants throughout the Grand Strand. She is passionate about the community she serves and is always eager to help others find their place within it.
