My name is Alice Risley and I have been a Realtor for over 20 years. I was born and raised and resided on Long Island, NY for over 50 years. I became a Realtor because it afforded me the opportunity to work from home while raising my children. Never in my wildest dreams could I have known it would become such an emotionally fulfilling career.

I am not your typical Realtor. I am a very good listener and appreciate the role I play in each transaction. I love finding the “perfect house”, one that checks off all the boxes for my folks. I treat all my clients as I would a family member and go above and beyond expectations to ensure the smoothest and most hassle-free transactions possible. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. I enjoy staging a home to get maximum exposure. I believe that proper staging (and a good working knowledge of the market trends in the area) are all you need for a successful sale.
