Kostas was born and raised in a small town in Southern Maryland and grew up spending many summers and holidays visiting family in the Myrtle Beach area before deciding to make the move to Surfside Beach in 2020 in order to care for his elderly grandmother. In his spare time Kostas can be found enjoying the beauty and gorgeous weather of the Grand Strand area whether it be out fishing, golfing, or soaking up the sun at the beach! With over 15 years in sales and the customer service industry he is educated, motivated and excited to help you with your real estate needs!
