Lonie Welch grew up in Delaware where he was a licensed REALTOR® along with being licensed in Pennsylvania working with relocation and local clients. Lonie graduated from Wilmington University with a Masters in Education and B.S. in Human Resource Management and as an adjunct for the university he taught business courses such as small business management and business communication. In addition to his superior negotiation, communication, and marketing skills when handling buyers’ and sellers’ real estate, Lonie has spent two decades accompanying the most respected Building Science Consultant in the industry where he gained a profound first-hand insight into the bad (and good) practices in home building construction.

In recent years, Lonie has answered the call of the ocean and is now enjoying the beauty and the excitement that makes the Myrtle Beach, Conway, and surrounding areas of South Carolina famous as a top vacation destination (and growing permanent resident destination). He leverages a dedication to service, local market knowledge, real estate experience, construction insight, and technology so that buyers and sellers can achieve their real estate goals in any market.
